The Challenge

As a new business, Advanced Knowledge Academy Founders Chris and Eleni required the tools and technology to build trust, attract prospects, and nurture a sustainable growth trajectory in the crowded online education market.

This project included refining their brand image (brand name, logo, colours, and fonts), an impactful, easy-to-use website with an online tutoring calendar tool, social media messaging, and community management training.

OUR PROCESS

The Creative Solutions team started the project with a comprehensive discovery session to learn about the client’s goals, identify their ideal customers, and build a development plan featuring detailed steps toward the project’s completion.

We used our proven analytical process to create a business name that tells their brand story and offerings in a few simple words: Advanced Knowledge Academy. We then refined their new logo and matched this new brand image with impactful fonts and colours that set the proper tone for their website.

Our UX design and development team created a website with bold, bright images, clear, crisp copywriting, and an easy-to-follow layout that allows users to quickly and easily find the information they need. We also implemented and configured an online calendar booking tool that lets users quickly and easily book tutors online. Tutors can also quickly check their calendars and confirm bookings through a secure online portal.

Our website team sat with our clients to train them on website updating, maintenance, calendar management, and other critical aspects of proper website administration. We made sure to answer all their questions and were available to provide support if the client encountered any difficulties with the technology.

Recognizing the need to build momentum quickly, our social media team provided extensive training on managing their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts to build brand awareness and followers. We also helped them identify groups and individuals to engage with online, demonstrated effective communication techniques, and created a guide with content pillars detailing what to post to resonate with their audience.
